Go to courses and select the undergraduate course that you wish to study, and the intake you would like to commence study at AIBI.

You may apply to AIBI Higher Education at any time. Late applications will not be accepted. It is best to apply early to allow yourself plenty of time to organise your Australian student visa to study at AIBI Higher Education.

Select the course you wish to study. On the course details page click the APPLY NOW button. Follow instructions to register and submit an online application directly to AIBI Higher Education.

All applications require supporting documents to be submitted to AIBI.

The actual support documentation required depends on the applicant, and the type of study you are applying to do.

Supporting documentation may include:

• academic transcript – include certified copies of your academic records
• English language proficiency – include a certified copy of your English test score if available
• a completed form, if you are applying for recognition of prior learning (RPL)
• details of relevant work experience,  including certified copies of references from your employer on company letterhead, if required

Where official documentation to support an application for admission is in a language other than English, the document must be accompanied by a complete English translation. Translated documents must comply with the following requirements:

• need to be by an authorised translator accredited by the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI); ​
• each page of the translation must bear the translator’s signature, the date translated, and the translator’s accreditation details or official stamp.

All evidence and documentation need to be in English and needs to be authentic. Authenticity can be demonstrated by the document having been:

• Certified i.e. the original document has been sighted by a representative from an Australian Overseas Diplomatic Mission or Australian Education Office, or a Justice of the Peace, and a copy of document is noted as being certified; OR
• Verified i.e. the original document has been sighted by the Waratah Institute’s Student Recruitment Officer.

AIBI cannot consider your application if all required supporting documentation is not attached.

Your application and supporting documentation must be submitted to AIBI in two ways.

2. To a AIBI Higher Education representative
   You can submit your application to one of the many student recruitment agents worldwide. These Student Recruitment Agents are more than happy to discuss study options available at AIBI Higher Education, and can assist you in preparing and submitting your application.

You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your application after your application is received by AIBI Higher Education.

The application procedure normally takes about four to six weeks and AIBI will advise you in writing whether your application is successful.

If you have met all the specific requirements you will receive a letter of offer to study at AIBI Higher Education.

You will then need to accept the offer and make payment.

You will receive the Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) which will allow you to apply for your Australian Student Visa
